The surefire way to ensure a successful training

At IBI we’re all for training, but ONLY training that actually yields measurable behavioural change. Because without this, what’s the point? It’s not actually training, is it?
And let’s be frank: it is simply impossible to determine this when the sole measurement of a successful training is a feedback form at the conclusion of the training.
To know if a training was actually successful, participants need to be assessed 2-3 months after the training has taken place. Then only can we really know the impact the training had.
And we know that individuals and organisations alike who invest in training – of any sort – are much more successful in achieving their intended outcomes when the training is combined with coaching.
