Should I stay or should I go? The truth about confusion

Should I stay or should I go now?
More than just song lyrics, this question represents a challenge all humans sometimes face: confusion.
The duration of how long confusion lingers, the intensity of how unsettled we feel by it, and the frequency of how often we face this challenge – all three of these depend on how much brain training we’ve had.
Folks who haven’t had any brain training tend to experience confusion often, and because they haven’t yet become aware that confusion reliably and predictably precedes new learning (just as it’s always darkest just before dawn), they tend to struggle with it and feel overwhelmed by it. And worse, they judge and blame themselves for it, as if it’s some kind of a personal shortcoming. Let me assure you that it’s not.
Why does confusion arise? Well, new insight is being integrated and because of that cognitive dissonance (the technical term for inner conflict) emerges. Again, all humans experience this, to varying degrees, and we all need useful strategies for how to move through it effectively.
On the other side of confusion is clarity. If you could use some more clarity in your life, I want to offer you this free gift: a multiple brain integration techniques meditation.
