  • Reflect on your current reality, and how you are constructing it
  • Consider other realities - just like choose your own adventure books
  • Imagine what can transform for you as your reality changes
Reinvent Reality: Wisdom, Wealth, & Wellness

Most folks live life by trial and error, never quite looking deep enough to see the root structure of what is correlated with or what causes their stress or success. This session is designed to put a stop to that.

We dig deep and decode the structure of perception so you can:

  • Learn about your current programming and reflect upon where it may enable/disable you
  • Pick up the tools you need to transform aspects of your life where there's more friction than flow
  • Gain insight into your intuitive intelligence and discover strategies for how to regularly rely upon it
Priming Yourself for Peak Performance

When there are more things to do than time to do it in, an untrained brain will go into overwhelm. Training our brains enables us to stay centred and focused on what the aligned actions are, so we achieve more in less time.

In this session I share:

  • The PEAK acronym for creating quality performance states
  • How multitasking is a myth that we pay for through cognitive change cost
Emotional Eating Explained & Retrained

Current neuroscience research suggests that 70% of eating may be emotionally triggered. When stress levels soar, many people use food to soothe themselves.

In this session explaining the science of emotional eating you will: 

  • Learn the language our unconscious speaks: emotions
  • Pick up tools to engage with your emotions differently
  • Practice being with emotions that confront and challenge you
Getting Comfortable Being Uncomfortable

The only certainty in life is change. We’ve all heard that we’re living in VUCA times – volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous – and today’s leaders need to be better equipped than ever before.

Mindsets: What Happens When We Go Beyond Growth

The Benefit Mindset is an integrated framework of being well and doing good. Expanding upon the research of Stanford psychologist Dr. Carol Dweck in her book Mindset: The New Psychology of Success,

  • Introduction to the concept of Fixed, Growth, & Benefit Mindsets
  • Exploration of why and how mindset matters as well perceived enablers and blockers

The Art & Science of Wise Decision Making

Connecting head, heart and gut A brain is defined as a complex adaptive neural network and many people aren’t aware that we have 3 distinct brains that look after different aspects of our functioning.

Using Multiple Brain Integration Techniques (mBIT), in this session we explore:

  • The roles and responsibilities of each brain
  • Remedies for when one brain dominates the others
  • How to align all 3 brains so that we make the wisest decisions possible
Laughter & Play is Seriously Important

Rather than success preceding happiness, research reveals happiness precedes success. Yet western society is more stressed than ever, all in the name of achieving success.

This playful session offers an opportunity to explore:

  • Why play and laughter is brilliant for your health
  • How creativity and productivity benefit from joy and silliness
  • What you can do to create more playtime
Conscious Parenting

Whilst there are thousands of books written on parenting, many of them contradict each other in their advice so it's tricky to know how to parent skilfully.

This session is focused on understanding:

  • The four distinct parenting styles and how three of them stunt emotional maturation
  • How to use mindfulness to support you in adopting the behaviours that facilitate maturation
  • The importance of parenting your inner child first and foremost
Amplifying Results Through Applying Energetic Principles

Nikola Tesla, the famous electrical engineer and inventor is known for saying: “To understand the secrets of the Universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.”

In this session I reveal how understanding and applying these principles can improve your impact. We explore:
